    Scottish Court Rules Prorogation Unlawful

The Court of Session in Edinburgh has ruled unanimously that Prime Minister Boris Johnson's advice to the Queen to prorogue parliament was unlawful and improper. The government will appeal the decision at the supreme court on Tuesday.

Problem is the prime minister has no majority to govern or even call an election. His only options are to resign or prorogue parliament and try to rule with no parliamentary oversight. Is that legal? I guess we'll find out next Tuesday.
    Deal or No Deal?
