Deputy Leader Tom Watson Quits

Deputy leader of the Labour party Tom Watson has announced that he will not be standing for re-election at upcoming general election.

He says his decision is for personal, not political reasons. Anyhow there will need to be another election for the post of deputy leader.

Seems like an interesting turn of events as you would expect the deputy to become interim leader should Corbyn be forced to quit if he fails to win the election.
